Responsibilities About the Team We are seeking an experienced candidate to play a key role on TikTok's PMO team, managing and strategizing critical business projects across the company. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a strong project management background and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across functions and time zones. The ideal candidate will bring humility, curiosity, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities while contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities - Champion multiple complex projects simultaneously, driving alignment among PMOs and business leaders to ensure cohesive goals, plans, and deliverables across global teams. - Collaborate on project scope definition and performance criteria to align deliverables with business strategy. - Own end-to-end project timelines, maintain a master project calendar, manage work-back schedules, document meetings, and track key project artifacts. - Anticipate and proactively address potential blockers, risks, and dependencies before they impact delivery. - Prioritize workloads strategically and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner. - Build and nurture relationships across the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and select external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Extensive experience in project management or program management roles within fast-paced organizations. - Proven ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery. - Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders toward shared outcomes. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or similar advanced degree. - Experience in large, complex global organizations or technology companies. - Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks). - International or multi-regional project management experience. - Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
