We're looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our growing technical team in London and take ownership of the integration of a new counter-UAS initiative. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, machine learning and systems engineering, and you'll own the integration across all three. You'll prove out the concept, build the prototype, and take it into trials, working closely with product partners and other stakeholders along the way. The role is highly interdisciplinary, so we're less concerned with ticking every box than with finding someone motivated, curious, and willing to learn. Across the project, you'll draw on areas such as: Machine learning and computer vision Sensors and camera modelling State estimation and sensor fusion Control theory Modelling and simulation Low-level programming and hardware/software integration We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these. If you're strong in some and excited to grow into the rest, we'd like to hear from you. What We're Looking For A degree in robotics, electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field - or another engineering background backed by hands-on hardware/software integration work. Strong programming skills in a low-level language (C, C++ or Rust), plus Python. A working understanding of modern computer vision, including object detection and tracking, and experience training, optimising, and deploying models for real-time or resource-constrained use.
