Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Robotics Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of robotics projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the seamless integration of robotic solutions into operational environments. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in robotics or automation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a high level of ownership and the ability to manage business changes in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities: Project Management Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle of robotics development and implementation, from planning and feasibility to execution and post-launch support. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets. Coordinate with engineering, software development, and operations teams to ensure project success. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, leadership, and technical teams. Monitor project progress, conduct performance evaluations, and provide regular reports. Facilitate problem-solving and drive continuous improvement within project teams. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and services. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in robotics and automation. Lead technical design reviews and propose design solutions that align with business needs and industry standards. Assess and communicate project status, manage escalations, and track potential risks and delays. Support procurement processes by providing technical specifications and insights.
