Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Financial Crime Product Compliance team. This is a role supporting new product launches and expansion of existing products on a global scale; helping Checkout.com maintain a world-class standard in financial crime requirements. You will coordinate between Commercial, Product, and Compliance teams, holding stakeholders to their commitments so that we can launch products with speed and integrity. The successful candidate must deeply understand AML/CTF and work closely with stakeholders across global teams. How You'll Make An Impact Lead the product-to-compliance workflow. You will ensure Product teams provide complete and accurate product information for Compliance to perform risk assessments and map AML controls for MLRO approval. Support regional MLROs across the globe by ensuring their bespoke requirements are captured and addressed. You will keep regional stakeholders informed and ensure their input is integrated into the launch process. Monitor the progress of new initiatives through the governance lifecycle. You will follow up with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on time, and call out risks to the launch timeline when information is missing or delayed.
