Role: Senior Assistant Merchandiser Brand: Myprotein Reporting to: Merchandising Manager Location: THG ICON 1, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, WA15 0AF (fully office based) About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and proactive Senior Assistant Merchandiser to join the MP Activewear Clothing team. This role supports the merchandising function through delivering reporting and analysis that drives key business KPIs, while helping to manage intake and optimise stock performance. The successful candidate will also support the development of junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the team. You will work closely with the Merchandiser and wider teams to help drive sales performance through assisting with range planning, while maintaining strong control over intake and managing key intake deliverables. Key Responsibilities Support in preparing department trade performance analysis, identify opportunities to maximise bestsellers and support the clearance of underperforming stock. Proposing pricing (reprices and markdowns), understanding the relationship and importance of pricing in relation to margin, sell-through rates and other key deliverables. Assist the Merchandiser in managing the Line Card/Rebuy forecasting process, with a clear understanding of supplier lead times and seasonality, to make decisions which positively drive sales and profitability.
