WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You own and develop customer relationships across the full lifecycle of our InfoSec-SaaS product, acting as a trusted advisor on information security. You advise customers on complex security challenges and build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions using our platform. You independently guide customers through audits and certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®. You use AI to automate repetitive consulting work, accelerate analysis and preparation, and free up more time for high-value customer interaction and problem-solving. You experiment with new AI-powered ways of working and help shape how we use AI across InfoSec consulting, turning successful approaches into scalable best practices. You support Sales and Customer Success in identifying and developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers. You bring customer and technical insights back into the organisation, helping us continuously improve our InfoSec product, tooling and consulting approach.
