Your Role As a (Senior) Business Controller , you play a key role in steering FINN’s financial and operational performance. You drive transparency on planned and actual unit economics, deep-diving into profitability drivers and P&L Gross Margin deviations against plan to identify actionable countersteering measures. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that support business decision-making, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable growth. Your Mission Drive Unit Economics Transparency & Improvement: Own unit economics calculation methodologies, reporting, and analyses to provide transparency on planned and actual profitability per subscription. Deep-dive into underlying drivers, explain deviations against plan, and identify countersteering measures to improve profitability and support financial planning. Analyze & Steer Financial Performance: Own the analysis and steering of Gross Margin P&L line items, explaining deviations against plan and translating unit economics and KPI performance to financial results. Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify performance drivers, manage provisions, and implement and track initiatives to improve profitability.
