Klim is hiring a Senior Certification Specialist to own the validation and verification of our Agricultural Land Management (ALM) projects end to end, making sure every credit we issue stands up to the most rigorous international standards. This is a senior individual contributor role, sitting at the intersection of technical accuracy and operational impact, and reporting into Klim's Certification Manager. Your mission: As Senior Certification Specialist, you will run the day-to-day execution of Klim's certification cycles, ensuring full compliance with international GHG accounting and carbon crediting standards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver transparent, high-quality certification processes that underpin Klim's mission of advancing regenerative agriculture and climate action. You will be the operational backbone of certification at Klim, working closely with the Certification Manager, product, partnerships, and commercial teams. Your responsibilities: Process ownership : Own the delivery of certification for our projects across internal and external stakeholder groups Project Design Documentation & Reporting: Author and coordinate the development of Project Design Documents (PDDs) and GHG monitoring reports, ensuring methodological rigour and alignment with applicable standards and registry requirements.
