Responsibilities About the Team: An exciting and challenging new opportunity has arisen for a talented, experienced and forward-thinking senior lawyer to join our growing legal team supporting the Monetization and Sales business teams at TikTok. We are looking for a highly skilled commercial lawyer to join the Global Monetization Legal Team and, more specifically, play a vital part supporting our operations in METAPSA (Middle East, Turkiye, Africa, Pakistan and South Asia) and EECA (Eastern Europe and Central Asia). This role will be based in Dubai. Our ideal candidate brings private practice and in-house experience of supporting sales, marketing and commercial functions. It is a broad role serving a variety of stakeholders and provides an excellent opportunity to get close to TikTok's business operations in the METAPSA and EECA regions. Responsibilities - You will serve as a legal advisor and business partner to TikTok's sales, marketing and monetization functions primarily across the METAPSA and EECA regions. - You will lead negotiations with key media buying clients and will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements across the METAPSA and EECA regions including, but not limited to: - Sales contracts with media buying agencies and brands that use the TikTok platform - Trading and partnership agreements with media buying clients - Sponsorship agreements - Partnership and collaboration agreements - Service provider agreements and statements of work, including creative agency, production and event management agreements - Agreements governing creative assets provided by our in-house team, talent agreements and image releases - Competition T&Cs - NDAs - You will advise on key legal and regulatory issues relating to TikTok's monetization and sales operations across the METAPSA and EECA regions. - You will have an understanding for advertisement standards and compliance requirements across the METAPSA and EECA regions and advise on new laws relating to advertising, marketing and user generated content across the regi…
