A Senior Creative Technology Engineer bridges the gap between software engineering and creative design by rapidly prototyping and scaling interactive digital experiences. This role requires a hybrid professional who is equally comfortable writing production-ready code, exploring emerging technology like Generative AI, and collaborating directly with Creative Directors and clients. Role Overview As a Senior Creative Technology Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of code, design, and physical/digital interaction. You will serve as the studio's technical leader, taking ambiguous creative concepts and transforming them into tangible, high-fidelity prototypes and scalable systems. You will champion the adoption of next-generation tools—specifically Generative AI, real-time 3D, and interactive frameworks—while mentoring junior developers and establishing technical best practices.
