Senior CRM Manager (F/M/D)

We are looking for a senior CRM Manager to join our diverse and driven team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: As part of the central CRM team, you will: maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets Own end-to-end automation creation process, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS…) Advise and coach more junior team members on best in class CRM for global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time Optimise performance using behavioural data, designing and analysing A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journey Lead cross-functional projects, such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks Manage and optimise CRM automations, aligning communications and themes with lifecycle stages and business priorities Identify business opportunities and bring them to life together with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterparts TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or global level Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus) Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams, markets, levels and time zones Ability to effectively prioritise and manage a diverse set of initiatives in a fast-paced environment A data-driven mindset, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus) BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL: Flexible working arrangements LinkedIn Learning Sabbatical & special leave policies WeRoad partnership Birthday, 24th + 31st December off Short term EU work policy Mobility Credit Health Insurance Employee assistance program DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Freenow is an equal opportunity emp…
