We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be the expert driving our success by creating and optimizing critical areas like User Acquisition models, LTV predictions, and Ad Monetization strategies. You will shape our product roadmap through in-depth Product Analytics and ensure data-driven growth by leading A/B testing initiatives with scientific rigor. Job Requirements 6+ years of professional experience in data science, focusing on machine learning, statistical analysis, and deep learning. Ideally paired with experience in the mobile gaming industry Proven expertise in user acquisition modeling, product analytics, and A/B testing methodologies and tools Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data manipulation Strong knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading data science projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Nice-to haves: Experience with mobile gaming analytics Hands-on experience with Looker for data visualization and reporting Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Audience Network, Firebase) Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in gaming or ad optimization Job Requirements Predictive User Modeling: You will build and optimize machine learning models to understand and predict user behavior across the full lifecycle - acquisition, engagement, churn, and LTV. Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to turn those predictions into measurable business impact.
