Help us see what's possible. Join us. Your Role You bring the ability to reliably ship industrial mass-scale products across multiple product lines and market segments. You will own the Product function, including Product Management, Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Quality Management & Compliance, accountable for delivering product end-to-end, at an industrial scale. Your mandate is to create a systemic capability to scale breakthrough technologies to global products, with coherence, speed, and quality, shaping what Orbem builds and how it gets to market. You maximize the impact of our technology to make the world better from the inside out. Your Day-to-Day Deliver product coherence end-to-end. You own the product lifecycle end-to-end. You build the function that turns customer truth and company strategy into mass-scale products. Set the standard for what is good. Work with our Product Management, Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Quality Management & Compliance teams at Orbem to define areas of accountability, processes, and tactics to deliver with speed and quality. Build a product ecosystem. Bring product coherence, unifying experience, requirements, architecture, metrics, and compliance scaffolding. Regulatory Navigation. Guide product compliance and certifications across our product lines. Ensure compliance is a business enabler, not a blocker. Elevate the customer’s voice. Define the standard of customer evidence at Orbem to reach product viability and desirability. Build Team Capabilities. Create an organizational structure and fill it with functional expertise.
