Build and maintain relationships with key executive stakeholders, both internal and external. Oversee the financial health of the Professional Services organization, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Represent the organization in top-tier customer engagements, industry conferences, and executive briefings. Establish and enforce global standards, processes, and best practices for project delivery.
