Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid - frequent domestic and international travel ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation is a highly influential individual contributor responsible for driving the global execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives. Partners across the enterprise to bring global strategic growth opportunities to life through disciplined execution, cross-functional leadership, and organizational alignment. This role focuses on geographic expansion, new channel development, direct-to-consumer growth, social commerce, and other commercial opportunities. The Senior Director leads initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale while partnering across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key functions.
