Job Summary Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, specifically focusing on prospecting, discovery, and the technical defense of solutions during the negotiation phase. Technical Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and define desired outcomes through rigorous stakeholder collaboration. Solution Validation: Utilize targeted demonstrations to validate and align the proposed solution with the customer's strategic direction. Value Proposition: Deliver executive-level presentations on the technical value of Idira's machine identity security solutions, illustrating how they address specific enterprise challenges and facilitate future-state transitions. Solutions Engineering Advisory: Provide strategic oversight for solutions engineering activities, including deep-dive demonstrations, Proof of Value (POV), and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements. Content Development: Author high-quality technical content, including architectural diagrams and presentations that communicate the functionality and value of Idira's machine identity solutions.
