About the role As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you own what Stackgini actually becomes inside our customers. You take over once the deal closes and guide the organization from the first target-picture discussion to the point where tech demand management runs differently than it did before. This is advisory work with a product behind it. You sit with CIOs, IT business partners, and enterprise architects, understand how their demand process works today and where it breaks, and design a target picture they can defend internally. You measure what it delivered and turn that into the basis for the next year. Unlike consulting, you don't walk out after the final presentation. You stay with the accounts you own and see, over years, what became of your work. Areas of ownership Strategic advisory. You are the trusted advisor to tech leaders in DAX-40, Fortune-500, and ambitious mid-market organizations. You show them what best-practice AI-first demand management looks like and bring an outside view they can't get internally. Out of that you develop the target picture with them, from the end-to-end process concept to how Stackgini fits into the existing IT toolchain. Value realization.
