For more information, visit WPP.com . What you’ll do As a Senior Experience Producer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery and project management of physical brand experiences. You’ll bring ambitious concepts to life—focusing on live events, hospitality, pop-ups, and retail activations - making sure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget. Lead project management from initial kick-off, strategy, design potentially through to live build, activation, and post-event debrief. Turn creative strategies into actionable production plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project budgets, track costs, negotiate supplier rates, and protect profit margins. Partner with experience strategists, environmental designers, digital designers, and clients to ensure physical experiences honor the creative vision. Source, hire, and manage external vendors, event partners, fabricators, and technical production crews. Potentially oversee site builds, venue logistics, live event runs, and physical installations on-location.
