Job Description: Position Title: Senior Finance Analyst (L9) Business Unit: TD Securities Division/Region: TD Securities USA (New York) Report Location: Hybrid Hours: M - F 8:30 - 5:00 Overview TD Securities US Finance is part of the broader TD Securities Finance organization and one of three regional finance groups supporting TD Bank Group's Wholesale Banking segment. The team plays a key role in the United States by supporting financial, management, liquidity, and regulatory reporting. As a primary control and support function in the region, TD Securities US Finance also provides business information for projects and strategic initiatives and serves as a liaison among teams and business segments in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Specific Accountabilities Include: Support and assist in regulatory report production for TDS as required by U.S. regulators, including the Federal Reserve Board (FRB), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), and U.S. Department of the Treasury. Research financial, accounting, audit, operational, and reporting matters; interpret applicable guidelines, standards, policies, and analysis. Serve as a senior technical resource by working independently, providing subject-matter and process guidance, coaching colleagues, and building stakeholder alignment on projects and activities.
