Job description
adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade , we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually. Providing Configurations to Orchestrate 50M+ daily events across 100+ microservices The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform. Managing this system isn't just about UI workflows, it’s about maintaining the configuration layer that is responsible for the behavior of our entire ad engine. Every modification in our tooling from campaign parameters and publisher settings to promotion logic and billing cycles, triggers changes across 100+ downstream microservices in real-time . We use Go , Kafka , SQS/SNS , and MySQL to build the high-throughput backend APIs , and TypeScript and React on the frontend to translate partner configurations into actions. Our configurations drive the experience for 770 million annual users , requiring high precision across our entire ad stack. You'll be building data-rich dashboards that let business teams drill into billions of daily events. You combine SQL fluency with RTK Query to create seamless data experiences — you don't just display numbers, you make them meaningful. You write tests, not just code. You work across the full testing pyramid — Jest for unit tests, Cypress for E2E — and treat test coverage as part of shipping, not an afterthought. You've worked with CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitLab. Code reuse is a habit. You structure applications for maintainability and s…
