About the Role The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager – EMEA is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimise cost, service, risk, and sustainability across CoreWeave’s international operations. This is a varied, hands-on role spanning procurement support, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supplier performance across a rapidly growing international portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate country-specific regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance across diverse international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Lead the design and execution of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and customer requirements across EMEA. Support global procurement and sourcing operations, ensuring cost-effective and reliable material supply across regions. Establish and manage KPIs to measure supply chain performance, risk, and cost efficiency. Develop risk mitigation strategies, including supply chain diversification, dual sourcing, and business continuity planning. Logistics & International Movements Partner with the logistics team to ensure smooth international movements, bringing knowledge of country-specific customs rules, VAT regimes, import requirements, and incoterms to each shipment. Ensure correct incoterms are applied to protect CoreWeave from unnecessary VAT and import duty exposure. Monitor inbound and outbound shipment movements, partnering closely with Data Centre teams to align on delivery scheduling and factor site-specific challenges into supply chain planning.
