AIHR is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across our B2C and B2B businesses. You'll work across the entire acquisition funnel, from scaling paid media and improving conversion to launching new growth initiatives that drive MQLs and revenue. You'll join an ambitious, results-driven Growth Marketing team, working closely with our specialists to challenge existing approaches, experiment with new ideas, and deliver results. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a global e-learning business.
