The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager to own the strategy, insight, architecture and day-to-day operation of the systems and processes that power EDITED's entire go-to-market motion. This is the senior operator who connects the dots across marketing, sales and customer success — using data to identify what's happening, explain why it matters commercially, challenge decision-making and turn business strategy into action. You'll own the GTM tech stack and the processes behind it, but just as importantly, you'll turn the data those systems produce into insight leadership can act on. Reporting to the CRO and operating across the full revenue organisation , this is an individual contributor role: you set the play and you run it. It's ideal for someone who wants real ownership and autonomy over an entire GTM ops function without the overhead of managing a team — the kind of operator who's as comfortable challenging a forecast or surfacing a commercial insight as they are building the workflow behind it.
