Tasks Plan, develop, and evolve our corporate IT landscape, from network and servers to end-user systems Design and run our corporate network, hardware and software alike, ensuring high availability Administer core IT services such as Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, server and client systems, virtualization, cloud, and backup Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights Implement and monitor security measures, and spot performance bottlenecks before they become problems Troubleshoot hands-on, and take care of regular maintenance and patching Document system and network configurations, and prepare documentation for certifications such as NIS2 and ISO 27001 Requirements A degree in IT/Computer Science, completed vocational training as a System Administrator, or equivalent hands-on experience At least 7 years of relevant experience as an IT generalist, with the confidence to work independently Strong knowledge of network architecture and design, plus hands-on experience with routing & switching, VLANs, and network monitoring tools Solid experience with Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 Fluent English (C1) is required; German (B2/C1) is a plus UniFi experience and scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus A stress-resistant, solution-oriented mindset, real hands-on energy, and enthusiasm for shaping a growing IT environment Benefits Genuine team spirit: working in teams that drive change forward - no matter how complex and extensive the projects are Flexible working hours - with room for the realities of life (parenthood, caregiving responsibilities, voluntary work, etc.) Whether it's fashion, beauty, travel or culture - you'll receive numerous discounts through our partner Corporate Benefits Social relevance: We work on solutions that have game-changing qualities Subsidy for public transport tickets Your professional development is important to us - that's why we cover the costs of further educat…
