About the role: As a Senior Engineer, you'll be a core part of a small, high-ownership TechOps function at Upvest. This is not an execution-only role. You're expected to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, flag risks early, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. You are trusted to make senior-level decisions independently across prioritisation, vendor conversations, and urgent matters. TechOps owns most internal technologies, including endpoints and SaaS, and partners with every business unit to drive automation, improve processes, and bring emerging technologies into the organisation where they add real value. What you’ll do: Owning our core internal IT stack (i.e. Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc), user lifecycle management and security controls in close collaboration with our Security team Managing our Mac laptop fleet, zero-touch DEP/MDM device deployments, and ensuring company endpoints meet the company’s security standards Acting as a trusted advisor to teams: evaluating, challenging, and prioritising tooling requests rather than simply fulfilling them Continuously looking for ways to automate and improve processes across TechOps and every department we support, and taking ownership of seeing those improvements through Actively leveraging AI tools in your daily work to raise the quality and speed of your output, and helping the broader team do the same Collaboratin…
