The Role We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our close-knit commercial Legal team at Coda in Amsterdam, supporting a fast-growing business across fintech, payments, ecommerce and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a truly international, digital-first company. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with exposure to both our European businesses and the wider global Coda group. The role is ideal for a commercially minded, proactive lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, applying legal expertise creatively and pragmatically to support business growth. You will report to the Lead Counsel, Europe, who is based in India, and work closely with our global legal team and stakeholders across the company. What You'll Do Provide end-to-end legal support to Coda’s European businesses, advising on commercial contracts, product-related matters, corporate issues and general legal queries Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of customer, partner, vendor and technology agreements, providing pragmatic advice on deal structuring, risk allocation and regulatory requirements Act as a trusted legal partner to Product, Commercial, Engineering and Operations teams, supporting product l…
