Information about the position We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Global Employment Legal Team, with deep expertise in French employment law and strong working knowledge of EU employment frameworks. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to our People, Finance and business teams, independently owning high-risk employment matters - including litigation, works council relations, and cross-border restructuring - while advising senior stakeholders across a fast-growing, multi-jurisdictional business. This is a senior, autonomous role: you'll be expected to lead complex matters end-to-end, make judgment calls with real business impact, and shape how our employment legal function operates as we scale.
