Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel mix, using results to improve engagement and conversion. Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
