At Quantum Systems, we develop advanced autonomous systems for defense and security across multiple domains, combining unmanned platforms with integrated software and AI. As Senior Manager Compliance Governance & Regulatory Affairs , you will play a key role in building and strengthening Quantum Systems’ Group Ethics & Compliance program. You will take end-to-end functional ownership for the Group Compliance Management System, with a focus on policy governance, compliance risk assessment, regulatory change management and implementation, compliance monitoring and reporting, data protection coordination, and governance oversight of selected regulatory compliance areas such as trade compliance. This is a senior individual-contributor role with clear functional ownership and no direct people-management responsibility at present. You will independently develop, implement and continuously improve the compliance programs, frameworks and processes within your area of responsibility, translating regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based and scalable compliance structures. Working closely with relevant corporate functions and subject-matter owners, you will help embed effective compliance into how our fast-growing international business operates and scales. What is your Day to Day Mission: Own and continuously enhance the Group Compliance Management System, including compliance governance, policy governance, standards, responsibilities and supporting processes. Lead compliance risk assessments and regulatory change management and implementation , assessing regulatory developments and translating relevant requirements into clear responsibilities, implementation plans and controls. Own compliance monitoring and reporting , establishing risk-based monitoring activities, compliance KPIs and management reporting, and tracking identified issues and remediation. Coordinate data protection across the Group, working with relevant stakeholders and the data protection Officer to support effective governance and implementation of privacy requirements. Provide governance oversight of selected regulatory compliance areas , including trade compliance, establishing appropriate responsibilities, oversight, escalation and management transparency.
