JOIN OUR TEAM As a Senior Manager Cross Channel Operations , you will be part of our Content Team, leading the planning and execution of Westwing's onsite customer experience across homepage, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns. You will own cross-channel operations, product sorting, and stakeholder alignment across Creative, Sales, Brand Buying, Marketing, and other teams. By combining operational excellence with commercial thinking, you will ensure seamless execution, scalable processes, and an inspiring customer journey while driving continuous improvements and developing the team. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the cross-channel planning and execution of the homepage, newsletters, landing pages, and onsite campaigns Optimise product sorting for landing pages to maximise relevance, engagement, and conversion Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Buying to align priorities and execution Drive operational excellence by optimising processes, workflows, and scalable planning frameworks through AI and automation Execute market expansions and coordinate cross-functional rollout plans Contribute to strategic planning, OKRs, and continuous improvement of onsite performance Mentor and develop junior to mid level team members while fostering knowledge sharing and best practices YOU COME WITH Several years of experience in e-commerce operations, visual merchandising, content operations, or a comparable cross-functional role Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Commercial mindset and a good understanding of customer behaviour, onsite merchandising, and conversion drivers Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across interdisciplinary teams A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement Experience leading projects and mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; German is a plus WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
