In this role you'll drive financial oversight for a broad portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives. About the Team You'll be part of the Transformation & Innovation team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver enterprise-wide value. The team's mission is to accelerate innovation and operational excellence through data-driven financial strategies. Your work will directly influence Walmart's ability to achieve its strategic goals and maintain its leadership in retail transformation. What you'll do... Partner cross-functionally to analyze the value realization of transformation programs and identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Consolidate financial narratives and KPI impacts to communicate a centralized enterprise value story. Support E2E technology prioritization and Gen AI council reporting, ensuring alignment of AI investments with transformation economics. Deliver actionable overhead analysis and reporting, supporting a strong Every Day Low Cost (EDLC) culture. Centralize visibility of R&D investments to inform prioritization and strengthen innovation planning. Collaborate with finance teams to integrate transformation efforts into Long-Range and Annual Operating Plans. Provide dedicated finance support to the Supply Chain Innovation team, including budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc reporting, and P&L management. What you'll bring: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL. Demonstrated ability to generate insights and challenge assumptions to drive strategic decision-making. Experience supporting large-scale transformation or innovation initiatives, ideally in a complex, matrixed organization. Proven ability to collaborate across business and finance stakeholders, with strong storytelling and executive presence. Experience with GenAI or emergent technology tracking and value realization.
