Prepare complex financial analyses and models to support planning, forecasting, and business performance evaluation Recommend future expense targets and partner cross-functionally to analyze business results Manage and enhance financial control structures to mitigate risk and ensure reporting transparency Develop and present business cases, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior and executive management Guide cross-functional teams in developing new processes and controls for financial functions Communicate financial results, assumptions, and risks to stakeholders, providing follow-up and support as needed Drive execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring progress Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of learning, recognition, and belonging What you'll bring: Advanced experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling within a large, complex organization Strong understanding of financial controls, risk mitigation, and reporting systems Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams Experience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to executive management Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, building collaborative environments, and driving results Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and ethical standards At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great b…
