About the Role Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Planning Systems to join our Strategic Finance organization. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, you will own the architecture behind the company's consolidated planning and reporting cycles and lead a small team responsible for how inputs from across the FP&A pillars flow into a coherent, system-based corporate view that informs decisions made by senior leadership, the executive team, and the Board. This is a player-coach role for someone who pairs strong financial and business acumen with deep experience in planning tools and finance transformation. You will stay hands-on in the model and the data while managing and developing a team of analysts, owning the planning systems roadmap, and setting the standard for how planning and reporting scale across the broader FP&A team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and gets energy from building durable infrastructure and the people who run it.
