Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime! We are looking for a highly collaborative Senior People Business Partner (SPBP) to support our France & UK business leaders and teams. You will report into the Sr. Director, People Business Partnerships & EMEA. As a key member of the People Business Partnerships team, this role will partner closely with leaders and employees in our UK & France offices supporting day-to-day HR needs, driving engagement, and enabling the business to deliver impactful outcomes. We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner with experience working in highly matrixed organizations in a global company. You will be supporting scaling teams in a fast-growing environment where HR infrastructure is continually evolving. You move quickly from problem to solution, while ensuring enterprise HR alignment and remaining compliant with our policies and local employment laws in the UK and France. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of UK and French employment law and will ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices, has a data-informed mindset, a high tolerance for ambiguity, the ability to influence without authority, and helps leaders navigate complex people challenges while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. Core Areas of Responsibility Be a trusted People Partner and first point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical, timely guidance on HR-related matters while driving people initiatives that align with HR enterprise practices and standards. Provide day-to-day HR operational support, including onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations (e.g., UK, France, and broader as applicable). Ensure HR processes are audit-ready and employee documentation is accurately maintained.
