The opportunity: Senior People Business Partner As a Senior People Business Partner at myTomorrows, you are a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the Leadership Team. This is our most senior individual contributor People Business Partner role, where you translate business priorities into practical people solutions that enable high performing teams and organizational growth. You partner closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational design, performance, engagement, and talent development. You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution and are comfortable navigating the pace, ambiguity, and opportunities of a fast growing international scale up. Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates who live within commuting distance of our Amsterdam office.
