What Your Job Will Be Like: We are seeking a Computer Aided Design and Drafting Technologist. On any given day, you may be called on to: Assist in the development and maintenance of Sandia drawings, templates, and standards, or adapt ours to meet customer required formats Create new schematic drawings from scratch or make the necessary changes to existing drawings Read/understand schematics, design prints and technical/repair manuals or documents or create entire new ones Work closely with project managers, project engineers and other CADD technicians to receive instructions, guidance, and resolve design issues Calculate material quantities to inform cost estimates Due to the nature of the work, the selected candidate must be able to work onsite. Salary Range: $88,900 - $171,900 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
