About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our modelling products at Cohere. In this role, you will design intuitive experiences for complex workflows, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and user needs. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the ML team, owning the end-to-end design process and acting as a key stakeholder in prioritization and strategy decisions. You'll work on experiences that are defining how models are trained and deployed, and your contributions will directly impact real people in their daily work. What You'll Do Own the design process end-to-end for your product area, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive product impact Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical complexity with accessibility and ease of use Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed You're Likely a Good Fit If You Have Product Design Experience: You have 4+ years experience designing digital product…
