Role Overview : Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that empower millions of entrepreneurs? As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Jimdo's products by designing seamless, accessible, and impactful customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Head of Experience Design, you'll lead end-to-end product design—from discovery and research through delivery—working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data teams, and AI specialists. You'll combine systems thinking, strategic product design, customer insights, and emerging AI design practices to solve meaningful customer problems while helping raise the overall design maturity across the organization through collaboration and mentorship. Your impact: Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery. Conduct generative and evaluative user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and Jobs-to-be-Done discovery to uncover customer needs. Design elegant, accessible, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile using modern design systems and WCAG best practices.
