As part of our Commercial Team, we're building our B2C growth engine from the ground up. We're launching new customer acquisition channels, experimenting with new products, and continuously working towards product-market fit. We are looking for a Product Engineer who works at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth. In this role, you will develop and launch digital products, build and test MVPs, and implement technical solutions that improve customer acquisition. What you’ll do 1. Build & Launch Digital Products Build customer-facing applications, landing pages and conversion funnels to support B2C growth. Rapidly develop, launch, and iterate on MVPs to test hypotheses and validate new product ideas. Design and run data-driven experiments to measure performance and continuously improve customer acquisition. 2. Drive Product & Growth Work closely with C-Level Members and the Commercial Team to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates. Translate commercial needs into product requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Leverage AI-powered tools and develop custom solutions to automate workflows and improve commercial performance. 3. Work close with both, the Engineering & Commercial Team Collaborate with central engineering teams on API integrations, customer handovers, and data consistency across systems.
