Within Core Experience, our What to Play team builds the technology and shared capabilities that help Spotify deliver intuitive, reliable, and consistent listening experiences. We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the systems behind these experiences, from content distribution and mobile app architecture to shared user interface capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to improve how Spotify works today while building flexible, scalable foundations for the future. What You'll Do Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, connecting technical investments to listener needs and Spotify's broader goals. Partner with engineering teams to explore technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decisions that improve product performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop shared platform capabilities that help teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across Spotify. Improve the adoption and long-term value of platform capabilities by gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and supporting teams that use them. Balance new product opportunities with technical improvements, including system performance, quality, simplification, and platform migrations. Collaborate with Design, Data Science, and User Research to understand user needs, define success measures, and make informed product decisions. Use experimentation, prototypes, technical exploration, and feedback to test ideas, learn quickly, and adapt your approach.
