Job description
About Apaleo and the role Apaleo is hiring a senior Product Manager to own one product crew end to end, with real autonomy over what gets built and why. Writing clear specs, defining what done looks like and following through with impact analysis. Reviewing and challenging designs against real business use cases, together with your Designer. Balancing roadmap initiatives with operational requests, bugs and technical debt, and saying no to good ideas that aren't great ones. Defining success measures for your initiatives, then using customer feedback, product data and operational signals to judge impact and decide what comes next. Communicating progress, risks and trade-offs clearly to Engineering, customer-facing teams and product peers. Bringing your customers' needs, evidence and recommendations into wider product planning, and challeng…
