Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead individual workstreams within our broader business transformation program. You will help support the implementation, development and iteration of workstreams within a program within the overall business transformation strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that improve how the business operates - spanning process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change; while working closely with the Transformation Lead and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes stick. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become critical Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops, IT, Finance, and other impacted teams Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions to closure Manage resource needs in coordination with the team’s capacity planning process Partner with change management resources to ensure adoption, not just technical completion of project deliverables Conduct stage reviews and present go/no-go recommendations to the steering committee Run post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned for the broader team members Oversee implementation, delivery and closure of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and on schedule Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and define any risk management plans Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating team members within each initia…
