Job description

Your mission Analyse requirements and user stories and identify gaps, edge cases, and risks early in the development process Design and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, checklists, and requirement traceability Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end-to-end, and acceptance testing Test complex role- and permission-based scenarios, including multiple user roles, restricted access, and cross-board visibility Verify end-to-end integrations with Microsoft 365 Test our iOS and Android applications across different devices and operating systems Validate configuration settings as well as data import and export functionality Report clear and reproducible defects and actively support their resolution Participate in release readiness, smoke testing, and post-release verification Use AI tools to improve test analysis, test design, debugging, and investigation Your profile QA expertise 5+ years of professional experience in Software QA Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and shift-left testing practices Solid knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, integration, E2E, exploratory, UAT, compatibility, usability, and localization testing Experience with test design techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, state transitions, pairwise testing, and scenario-based testing Experience working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Strong experience testing complex permission models and RBAC scenarios Experience with workflow-heavy products, such as approval processes, deadlines, or publishing rules Strong root-cause analysis skills using browser DevTools, network requests, console logs, local storage, REST and GraphQL payloads Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience testing applications integrated with Microsoft 365, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or Entra ID Mobile & API testing Proven experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android Understanding of mobile-specific risks such as device and OS fragmentation, permissions, network connectivity, push notifications, deep links, and app updates Experience working with TestFlight, Android test builds, and device logs Hands-on experience testing GraphQL APIs, including queries, mutations, variables, fragments, and schema introspection Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, authentication, authorisation, validation, err…
