The Europe Operations team is accountable for service delivery and eliminating supply blockers to meet demand, working closely with technical program managers, facility engineers, and site operations leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the world's most advanced autonomous fleet infrastructure. We bridge physical engineering, power grid delivery, and software tooling to ensure Waymo's fleet operates safely, efficiently and continuously at global scale. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Director of Operations, Head of Europe Operations . You will: Orchestrate European Site & Infrastructure Enablement: Lead the end-to-end multi-country program execution for new facility bring-up, high-voltage EV charging grid interconnections, and tech deployment across European hubs, ensuring infrastructure resilience and readiness for multi-market autonomous fleet operations. Drive Scalable Automation & Process Architecture: Standardize depot workflows across European facilities enabling scale & fleet growth, using continuous improvement principles, tracking mitigations, and removing blockers for scale Complex Program Management: Establish and enforce a unified framework for rider-only operations, driving decisions to unlock all types of infra required to deliver service, including parking, charging, pit-stops, service centers and testing locations. Executive Vendor & Strategic Supplier Governance: Establish strategic new and existing partner frameworks and requirements across Europe to deliver high-performing SLA adherence, CapEx efficiencies, and continuous service delivery.
