JOB PURPOSE We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Resource Manager to join our EMEA resourcing team for our Experience & Engineering DACH Team (Across Germany and Switzerland). This role is essential in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing utilization, and aligning with business growth in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll be responsible for matching the right talent to the right projects - balancing team skills, availability, and project needs to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget. This includes managing billable headcount, supporting dynamic staffing needs, and planning ahead with the Commercial team to align with the business pipeline. A strong understanding of digital project delivery (e.g., websites, e-commerce, mobile apps) and the roles involved - such as UX/UI Design,Strategy, Engineers, QA, Devops, among others. WHAT YOU'LL DO Resource Planning & Optimization Own and manage the full resourcing lifecycle across Experience & Engineering requests for a pool of ~100 FTE Evaluate capacity, utilization, and bandwidth to optimize allocation, balancing business needs with team wellbeing. Make strategic resourcing decisions considering project margins, business priorities, and talent development Demand Forecasting & Workforce Planning Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Operation during project intake to build effective staffing plans Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts Identify skil…
