Job description

Join Westernacher Consulting as a Senior SAP Master Data Management Consultant (f/m/d) and help clients build the data foundation for successful SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will shape master data strategies, lead key workstreams and guide clients through data migration, quality and integration challenges in complex SAP environments. How You’ll Make an Impact Design and implement master data management strategies for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Lead master data workstreams and take ownership from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and go-live. Advise clients on key SAP S/4HANA master data topics, including Customer Vendor Integration and Business Partner conversion, Material Ledger and data quality. Profile existing ERP data, define the migration scope and help clients improve data quality and readiness for SAP S/4HANA. Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency throughout the transformation. Collaborate with functional teams across SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, PP and related areas to support integrated end-to-end processes. Your Expertise At least 5–7 years of relevant SAP consulting experience, including strong involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Proven experience in SAP Master Data Management, data migration and data quality. Practical knowledge of Customer Vendor Integration and Business Partner conversion, Material Ledger or comparable SAP S/4HANA master data topics. Functional experience in at least one SAP module, such as MM, SD, PP, FI or CO. Understanding of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition approaches, including Greenfield, Brownfield and selective data transition scenarios. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. Willingness to travel according to project requirements.
