As you move through our process, we’ll transition from the general pool to a team-matching phase, ensuring that by the final interview, you are aligned with a specific team that matches your strengths and career goals. High impact domains you might join include: Integrated CRM & ERP Solutions: Defining and delivering our next-generation CRM as part of a fully integrated ERP for private capital. You’ll build deep, greenfield product and data integrations at the heart of the platform, shaping a system that unifies front-office intelligence with financial and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with the founder of the CRM Product that Carta has acquired. International Fund Administration: Building and scaling Carta's FA platform for all markets outside the US, adapting the core FA product to fit local standards across Europe, APAC, and beyond. Operating as a lean, high-growth "startup within a startup", you'll work end-to-end with regional FA, sales, and other teams to launch in new markets, iterate quickly toward product-market fit, and own outcomes for this growing business.
