If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI, we want you on board! About the Role Recraft builds a professional-grade design tool used by designers and creative teams around the world. We're looking for a Senior or Staff Product Designer to independently own key areas of the product, raise the bar on visual and interaction design, and work hand-in-hand with engineers from early concept through to shipped features. This is a hands-on, high-craft role for someone who enjoys designing at a granular level — the kind of detail that makes a professional tool feel effortless for power users. Key Responsibilities Independently drive design projects end to end — from research and concept through to launch and iteration. Design interfaces for a professional creative tool with a high level of detail, considering the nuances that matter most to power users. Work closely with engineers throughout the process, including prototyping ideas quickly using code and AI-assisted tools (“vibe-coding”). Present and advocate for your design decisions clearly and persuasively, across design, engineering and leadership. Stay adaptable in a fast-moving environment where the product — and sometimes your own recent work — can change quickly based on what we learn.
