Currently we are looking for you, an enthusiastic and multi-faceted Senior UX Designer who can confidently lead and contribute across the full design process - from discovery through to delivery - with a strong visual sense, strategic mindset and collaborative energy. Tasks Ability to frame problems and identify opportunities based on user needs, business goals and data Experience working across the full design lifecycle: strategy, research, framing, concept development, visual design and delivery Experience designing user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual UIs Skill in translating strategy into compelling interaction models and visual narratives / storytelling Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions and aesthetics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience collaborating in cross-functional hybrid teams with product managers, UX designers, strategists, industrial designers and external software development teams Manage client communication as well as organizing and moderating workshops and presentations close collaboration with clients Requirements 6+ years of experience in UX, interaction or visual design A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from early research to polished execution Very strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, design systems, and brand expression A deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design and responsive design Strong experience with AI tools in the design process (e.g. ideation, prototyping, content generation) Excellent Figma skills and fluency in modern and AI design tools and processes Excellent communicati…
