CO Salary Range: USD 24.00 per hour Job Description Summary The Shipping and Logistics coordinator is crucial to the shipping team to coordinate shipments, manage correct documents and follow the process for domestic and international shipments. He/She will interact with internal and external customers. Job Description Responsibilities: Coordination of Operations: Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products Documentation Management : Maintain all necessary documentation related to shipping and logistics, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Customer Service : Interface with customer service teams to manage order fulfillment and address any shipping-related inquiries Problem Solving : Analyze logistical problems and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1-2 years of shipping and logistics experience within a manufacturing environment, including hands-on experience with international shipping operations Desired Characteristics : Fork lift SAP Ability to work well with others.
